Smoky Mountain Biblical Counseling Center
We are a Biblical Counseling (Intensive personal discipleship) Center that uses Scripture as the sole basis of everything that we do. It is our desire that we comfort others with the comfort that we ourselves have been given and present every counselee not only having victory over their particular struggles but being mature in Christ as well.
The Smoky Mountain Biblical Counseling Center exists to give glory to God and to serve the people and churches of Sevier County and surrounding areas through counseling, teaching and providing Biblical Counseling Resources. We desire to be a lighthouse in Sevier County to exhibit the power of God's Word in people's lives.
We have a special heart for people who are hurting and who are enslaved to sin. We desire to comfort others as Christ has comforted me and has given me victory over my past sin and hurt.
If you are caught in sin or are plagued by your past, We would love to help you. If you are looking for a speaker for your retreat or conference, we would love to hear from you. If you are a church leader or a church pastor in the Sevier County area and would like to partner with us in spreading the sufficiency of Scripture in every area including counseling, learn more or provide office space, we would love to talk further with you. As a follower of Christ, you have the same power that resurrected Christ at your disposal everyday. A Christian is not supposed to be living in bondage to sin because you are a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come and you are dead to the sin that you were once in bondage to before you came to know Christ (2 Cor. 5:17).
As a follower of Christ, the Bible tells you that you have everything you need for life and for Godliness provided for you in the Bible (2 Peter 1:3).
As a follower of Christ you have great purpose, plan, identity and worth because of God (Jer. 29:11 & Romans 8:38).
As a follower of Christ you must seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and then you are promised that all else will be given to you (Matt. 6:33).
As a follower of Christ you are more than conquerors through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37).
As a follower of Christ you have the priviledge of being taught, rebuked, corrected, trained in righteousness and equipped for every good work by the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:14-17).
If you don't know Christ and feel that there is no hope as long as you have breathe in your body you have hope that you can come to know Christ and change (John 3:16 & 17)
